06.01.2022 This weekend has been a big cook up ... no recipes - all efforts from my own over active head-space. Pulled pork with home made bbq sauce - good. Lamb chop casserole - smells OK. My own version of chicken noodle soup & roasted pumpkin with lentil soup. Used home made stocks - I think soups are my super power !! Lemon crinkle biccies - good . Lemon self saucing pudding with brioche - disaster. (Don’t scowl at me about the plastic - Take away containers used as it is easier for food drop offs...)
