24.01.2022 COVID -19 Balikbayan Boxes update - Due to the extended Enchanced Community Quarantine currently implemented in Philippines we are experiencing more difficulty in the movement of Balikbayan boxes. There are more restrictions put in place as a number coding scheme has been implemented and the operation staff only allowed to to go out depending on number indicated to them. ... Please bear with us that for the mean time it is difficult to get the boxes moving due to government regulations. Due to this current pandemic and the difficulties we are facing we will be cancelling our May 22nd shipment. The uncertainty of vessel movements and customs regulations and also for the safety and well-being of our teams in Philippines. We will look forward to our next shipment in August. We apologize for the inconvenience and those who have already booked in advance.

14.01.2022 We would like to inform all our loyal customers that due to COVID-19 we are experiencing delays with deliveries of your boxes from our February shipment. Due to current quarantine and lockdown in the Philippines, our teams are unable to perform their duties quicker than usual. We are currently restricted of operation times and can only operate with skeleton workforce. Schedules of shipping island to island is limited so vizmin areas are affected with delays. We will update y...ou as much a we can in regards to your boxes. Please text or send us a private message on our page and we will follow up for you. We really appreciate everyones patience and understanding at this time, and the love and support that you have all shown.
