05.01.2022 This role will be responsible for the facilitation and development of new products / product ranges in a co-manufacturing facility. This includes development /... review of on-pack labelling and finished product specifications. The position includes Quality Assurance duties such as internal auditing and policy development. There is also an opportunity to gain industry experience in the thermal processing of low acid foods. Ideally, to be considered for this position, we are seeking to hear from applicants who therefore possess: Bachelor of Science majoring in Food Science/Food Technology or equivalent preferred; or 3+ years’ experience in a product development role within the food industry Effective project & time management skills Professional oral and written communication skills and computer literacy Strong understanding of FSANZ, HACCP, GMP & WHS All applicants must also be in possession of current and fully unrestricted valid working rights to work in Australia at the time of their application.
