20.01.2022 Triple skin chimney flue installation for Dependabuild A tray flashing was made and installed over the section of roof to eliminate the water pooling in the sheets behind the penetration. The triple skin was used to allow the centre pipe to be hot whilst the outer skin is cool!

We installed an optional valve called Mildred, which is a device that automatically shuts off the water supply if water is detected within the tray. This is ideal for installations where the tray can't have it's own drain and the heater was to start leaking suddenly...
