20.01.2022 Laundry refurbishment. Existing laundry cupboard had been completely damaged due to a water leak that was left.... Replaced with new cupboard and laundry trough.

Not only will these toilet wastes pipes get blocked but there is a good chance that they will suck out the water seal from each other this causing sewer gases to enter the home. 18.01.2022 After attending this lovely home, we were greeted with a skylight which had been installed very poorly. With no flashings underneath the frame. Fixing screws not seal. Weep holes blocked. Had the frame re powder coated and then reinstalled after installed new flashings to keep the water out... We take care of the whole process for you.

11.01.2022 This is a prime example why you should have your plumbing inspected when you are having your home built or renovated..... This photo is showing the Rehau Pex jointer, new style polymer fitting, they have installed it using brass sleeves. This can crush the polymer fitting which would cause it to leak or burst over time... Just lucky for this client it hadn’t as yet.. Have your new home or renovations plumbing inspected.
