24.01.2022 Today at sunny Casuarina, we 'Rough-in'. Not really as the name implies, it's not 'Rough' work day, it's when we run all the hot and cold water through the walls, and in this case, floors, being a two storey. All the hard work that we do is mostly hidden away at the end of the finished job. So here's a couple of pics of how the water gets to a bathroom...

23.01.2022 Little outside storage area roof was on today's project list. The carport Is next. 100mm insulated 'sandwich' colourbond roofing always looks good, top and bottom. The guttering along the wall I had made up to suit this Litte job, to keep it slimline against the wall.

22.01.2022 Today, down town Casuarina again saw another new house kick off with the dreaded 'Drain 'Day' Had the old man with me today. About 18yrs retired, and pushing 70yrs of age, he still can go better then any 30yr old plumbers I know of!! Just doesn't recover like then though ha... Thanks dad!!

21.01.2022 Today a new little sign went up on the next house starting next week. This ones on Casuarina Way, opposite the new Coles... Hoping to grab a little attention!

15.01.2022 Give me new homes to work on any day... Today saw a quick stop off at a cafe at Broadbeach to sort out a blocked urinal, that the owner told me he spent $$$ on drain cleaning products. Some of these just need good old manual unblocking to fix... Yummy !!!

14.01.2022 Kitchen sink mixers... You can pay anything from $39.00 up to $$$$$ and very often I'm installing $800-$1000 ones. But one thing remains the same in the heart of them all that makes them work... A $10.00 plastic part...

11.01.2022 Another new big house drain completed... Just before the storms! Had the old fella out of retirement today. Hel be laid up in bed for a week now recovering...

03.01.2022 Today was a nice hot day here at Casuarina. Down pipes got the upstairs level was one of today's little tasks... Gotta get them up for the painter then the scaffold gets dropped down. It really sucks if you miss the boat and your trying to install these afterwards...

02.01.2022 Ok, today at seaside Casuarina, in this crazy hot sunny weather, we started another new big home... Drain Day' is as back breaking as it gets, but we nailed it today! Thanks to young Sammy, Rachel Fords young fella, for coming to help and get yelled at... Lol. Top job buddy!
