For nearly 10 years we have serviced a range of projects and locations across Toowoomba & South East Queensland. The estimator will play a key role to ensure construction projects are successfully tendered on time and with a high level of detail. Working as a team with our Project Manager & Administration Staff, you will ensure the business delivers an extremely high level of service, in an efficient and effective manner. Supported by advanced systems & training will be provided, the Estimator will be responsible for: Estimating both large and minor projects Liaising with Clients Ensuring that labour and material spend targets are achieved. Helping to drive a safety culture and compliance with all safety regulations. Liaising and scheduling with the Project manager. Strong skillset in operating management systems. To be successful in the role, the successful applicant must meet the following essential criteria: Be a fully qualified Plumber At least 7-10 years’ experience in performing construction plumbing Experience in an estimating role Experience with commercial builders Have strong attention to detail A demonstrated ability in managing job outcomes, including the coordination of manning, materials, and other key inputs. Be systems driven and willing to learn and use technology to drive good outcomes. The salary package offered will be commensurate with the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
