14.01.2022 COVID-19 (coronavirus) Business Continuity Plan Plumbworx remains open and we have been actively monitoring Government and World Health Organisation (WHO) advi...ce regarding COVID-19. We want to take a calm and balanced approach while implementing meaningful actions that prioritise the health and well being of our people, their families, customers and the community. To minimise the risk and keep everybody safe, we ask that all job bookings, enquiries and Elgas orders be done over the phone (4982 7764) or email at [email protected]. Our office hours have not changed (9am 4pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am - 3pm each Friday), but our actual office is now closed to the general public and only accessible by our staff only. All Elgas bottle orders, either pick up and delivery, must be pre-arranged via phone or email. This includes gas bottle refills (eg 9kg bottles). Our staff are being regularly updated with hygienic tasks and are well supplied with the appropriate soaps, wipes and personal protective equipment. Procedures are in place for plumbing works that are to be done inside your house/business office etc, along with works being undertaken outside of your premises. 12.01.2022 A flow mater install completed today by some of the team. This is one of 5 meters installed to give complete real time figures anywhere. Next stage is to install solar powered telemetry units. All units where installed in small windows to keep water running to the underground mine. Good work guys!!
