25.01.2022 Last night marked the 18th and final #Perama2.0 pop up dinner with @dtsirekas before the big guy heads out to Orange and then overseas to continue to dazzle folks far and wide. A big thank you to everyone that supported us over the past couple of months. Seeing your smiles, your enjoyment and enthusiasm for the amazing food and sharing nostalgic #Perama reminiscing made the late-nights-early-mornings, the last-minute search for ingredients and the endless seating plan anxiety... all the more worthwhile. Many of you made repeat visits, which I think is a testament to the talents of our beloved Chef. A big thank you to all the @plunge46 staff, both front and back of house, who did a magnificent job of welcoming and hosting you all. Cafes run very differently to restaurants and we are so proud of these young and energetic people who did some long hours and didn’t miss a beat along the way. Finally, a huge heartfelt thank you to the amazing Mr @dtsirekas . Having been a fan of yours for many years it has been an immense pleasure and privilege to collaborate with you. Your drive, passion and professionalism is instantly infectious and lifts everyone who is fortunate enough to work with you.
