Washing your hands or using hand sanitiser before and after you train. Using a towel on all equipment. Wiping down the equipment before and after use. Sanitising spray and wipes are located throughout the gym. Practising safe social distancing. See more

07.01.2022 GREAT NEWS! As of Friday 23rd October we will be open 24 hours a day once again! The only restriction is that there cannot be more than 20 people in the gym outside of our staffed hours. As this rarely, if ever happens then we do not see this impacting on us!... We would like to thank you for your patience and can’t wait to see you back in the gym training whenever you choose!
