24.01.2022 Adjust the seat on the Rear Delt Machine so that your chest is against the padding and the handles are at shoulder level. Tighten your core throughout the movement. Holding on to the handles in front of you, engage your rear delt muscles (back of the shoulder). Pull the weight, focusing all of the tension in your shoulder muscles.... Pause when the handles are at your sides, then slowly return to the starting position. Do not allow the plate to touch the weight stack. Amy Mawji-Jones

08.01.2022 ATTENTION As you may already know the West Australian Government has introduced mandatory contact registers at a range of businesses and venues (including gyms) from Saturday 5th December. What this means for us is that we will need to ensure that EVERY member uses his/her access card/fob upon entry to the gym EVERY time - please do not jump in behind another member or your partner/friend unless you scan your access card/fob at the door first - we will need to be s...uper vigilant on this and you will be receiving notification from us if you do not scan your access card.
