How do I know? I pay attention. Attention to how I feel after a meal. It's how I now know what foods work for me. Not you. Me. If only I'd paid attention to my vege drawer Nothing a great attitude and focus can't fix.

04.01.2022 Chicken and cauliflower 1. Soften leek and mushroom in coconut oil in fry pan 2. Add blitzed cauliflower and keep cooking 3. Remove from pan. Add stock and water and stir 4. Add chicken, turn the heat up, throw a lid on and broil. Threw a little asparagus in there too.... 5. Eat it. A healthy card, nutritious, adequate protein meal. Plenty of leftovers. See more
