25.01.2022 GREAT NEWS The day we've all been waiting for has FINALLY arrived; as of Friday 23rd October we will be open 24 hours a day once again The only restriction is that there cannot be more than 20 people in the gym outside of our staffed hours. As this rarely, if ever happens then we do not see this impacting on us!... We would like to thank you for your patience and can’t wait to see you back in the gym training whenever you choose!
