The R U OK organisation is a not for profit organisation who work hard every day of the year to raise funds for suicide prevention. Their mission is not only to raise awareness and suppprt anyone whos not ok, but to increase their network of supporters all over the country by teaching us all where to go next if we ask "R u ok?" and the answer is "no". Its ok to not be ok.

11.01.2022 ATTENTION- PLEASE LISTEN UP As you may already know the West Australian Government has introduced mandatory contact registers at a range of businesses and venues (including gyms) from Saturday 5th December. What this means for us is that we will need to ensure that EVERY member uses his/her access card/fob upon entry to the gym EVERY time - please do not jump in behind another member or your partner/friend unless you scan your access card/fob at the door first - we ...will need to be super vigilant on this and you will be receiving notification from us if you do not scan your access card. Non-members/member enquiries will be required to fill out their details in full on our visit register. If you have lost your access card - NOW is the time to pop into the gym during staffed hours so that you can purchase a new access card to comply with the new regulations. 11.01.2022 Plus Fitness Ellenbrook has recently undergone an amazing system upgrade but unfortunately this has caused a slight hiccup with the "book a class" feature on our app. We have a simple fix though! All you need to do is re register in the bookings area on the app and everything will be ready to go again.
