25.01.2022 EXCITING NEWS! We are excited to let you know that we are reopening 7AM on Monday 9th November and we can’t wait to see you back in the gym! Due to the restrictions there will initially be a few changes to the way we train and interact. The maximum members allowed in the gym at one time is limited to 10 people.... The gym can only be open during staffed hours. These will be Monday to Friday 7AM - 11AM, 4PM - 8PM. Saturday and Sunday 10AM-2PM. We hope further restrictions will ease soon and we will be back to 24/7! We have also implemented a range of increased cleaning and hygiene protocols which include; Hand sanitiser stations. Equipment sanitising stations. Social distancing signs. As usual we will be implementing our stringent cleaning protocols across the day. We are also asking you to do your part by; Washing your hands or using hand sanitiser before and after you train. Using a towel while training. Wiping down the equipment after use. Practising social distancing, and; If you are not feeling well, remembering it’s OK to skip a training day! Check out our webpage for more info and for answers to any questions about your membership.
