20.01.2022 We have lost a friend who brought warmth, friendship and fun to work with him every day. Today we attended a very moving funeral for Huss having passed away a few days ago unexpectedly. He will be sadly missed and thought of often by the staff and members of Plus Fitness Westmead and anyone who met him along his travels. Rest In Peace.

17.01.2022 GREAT NEWS! As of Friday 23rd October we will be open 24 hours a day once again! The only restriction is that there cannot be more than 20 people in the gym outside of our staffed hours.
