25.01.2022 The team at Plus Fitness Fitzroy are excited to let you know we’re reopening at 9am on Monday 9th November! We can’t wait to see you back in the gym!! There will initially be some changes to the way we train and interact, one being a cap on the number of members allowed in the gym at one time (during Stage 2 restriction easing). We’ve installed a new access system to manage this restriction- allowing us to remain open 24 hours a day! ... We have also implemented a range of increased cleaning and hygiene protocols which include: -Hand sanitiser stations -Equipment sanitising stations -Social distancing signs -Plus we will be implementing our stringent cleaning protocols across the day. We are also asking you to do your part by: -Washing your hands or using hand sanitiser before and after you train -Using a towel on all equipment -Wiping down the equipment after use -Practising social distancing; and -If you are not feeling well, remembering it’s OK to skip a training day! 20.01.2022 ATTENTION MEMBERS We're pumped to see you at the gym again tomorrow from 9am Monday 9th November! Please note there will be some important changes to the way we train, as mandated by the Victorian Government. These will be reviewed and likely reduced in only 2 weeks time! ... CAPACITY Given our 2 storeys we’re fortunate to have the capacity for 20 people (not 10) in the gym at the one time. Once there are 20 people our security system will lock the door and it will be a ‘one in one out’ policy. We had this system for our last re-opening and not one person had to wait! However, please try to keep your workouts to 30 minutes for peak times (Mon, Tues, Wed nights). You can always call ahead to check if we’re busy OPENING HOURS Due to restrictions, for a short time, our new opening hours are: Monday - Friday: 6am - 9pm Saturday - Sunday: 9am - 3pm HYGIENE & MASKS Stringent protocols are in place to ensure the gym is clean and safe. There will be a COVID Marshall in the gym at all times. As mandated by the Victorian Government, all staff and members must wear a mask unless you are struggling to breathe due to high physical exertion.
