A great alternative for those who struggle to perform a normal squat via knee pain, shoulder mobility etc Note how Bec isn’t leaning forward, this can be difficult at first due to instability and or a fear of falling backwards.

02.01.2022 This easy/no skills required snack makes the perfect pre-workout meal. You’ll need: bread (Preferably rye) peanut butter 1x small banana... Method: toast your bread. Spread your peanut butter. Slice banana & place on top. The last step with the sugar free maple sugar is probably NOT recommended (sorry Brent) but makes it taste even better! Bananas are rich in nutrients like carbs and potassium, both of which are important for exercise performance and muscle growth. Give it a try & let us know what you think!
