25.01.2022 Such a privilege to be able to help out a mum to be via Support The Girls Australia. Lovely play mat I was able to include in the parcel was made by Imagine for Kids.

24.01.2022 Know that you are never alone and that help is available via these organisations or your pregnancy health care provider, GP, OB, community midwife or the midwife at the hospital plus Beyond Blue, PANDA, Gidget Foundation, The Pink Elephants Support Network and Pregnancy Birth and Baby. https://www.abc.net.au//your-stories-of-antenatal/12760580

24.01.2022 Our friends from Imagine for Kids are out early this morning up at the Eumundi Markets on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. How fab to have the option to be out and about at the markets. What are your plans for this weekend?

23.01.2022 One for the mums to be and how did I not know about Amazon.com.au and their Welcome baby wishlist boxes? More information here via Stay at Home Mum, but the short version, you need to register and create a product wish list for your little one and once the value of purchases from your list is over $59 you get to add a wishlist box to your order, and I've looked at the wishlist boxes and there are lost of brilliant products. Worth a look. https://www.stayathomemum.com.au//free-amazon-australia-b/

23.01.2022 We've been around a while now, more than 10 years WOW! This photo from a fashion show in Melbourne just popped up in my personal memories feed and features one of our favourite models Kate.

22.01.2022 Heard of the Buyfromthebush movement to support rural and regional businesses? You should have a look, I've bought some beautiful (and tasty) things from them over the past couple of months. A bit of online shopping as there is a little one on their way for one of my girls teachers from primary school and she so wanted to find something for the baby. How very cute are these hand knitted Ug style booties to keep little feet warm? Just a perfect gift we think. Thank you so much Tidda Love for them.

20.01.2022 This was online via The Sydney Morning Herald. I really enjoyed the read and honestly you are never going to cover everyones opinion in one article but great information I'd say and worth 10mins and a cuppa to read though. https://www.smh.com.au//what-happens-to-a-woman-s-body-as-

20.01.2022 3rd day of Spring in Sydney and it’s a tropical 30 degrees. When you have to leave the house quickly, earlier than planned and pop the last row of chocolate in your bag, then forget..... nice and melty. So, how are you going?? Ready for the warmer weather?

18.01.2022 Shouting out & showcasing other ladies in business I know I have a dancer, Saturday classes give me time to do ballet hair, something we don't have time for during the week going from school directly to dance. Blossoms By BD, BD being Miss Becky, one of my girls amazing teachers and a teacher in her very first dance class way back in 2011! If you have a dancer, a little lady that loves flowers in her hair or you're looking for something special for you for a special event, maybe your baby shower or maternity shoot please pop over and have a look at her Fb or insta pages.

17.01.2022 Oooo looked what I just spied on Rock-A-Bye Baby Equipment Hire's Insta! Share a picture of your beautiful baby with them and you could win $50 voucher. Competition starts today, Monday 10th August and a winner will be drawn on Tuesday 25th August.

17.01.2022 I have a few Badger Balm products I use most days - their tinted lip balm is my favourite! How AMAZING is it to see this?? Living in Australia with so much available sunshine the use of solar should be a given on all new buildings.

16.01.2022 Can I tell you how much of a buzz I still get every single time I see an order pop though on my email? The excitement never dulls! I every single order and posting them just makes me smile. I love googling where the order is headed off also, as many are towns I've never heard of, and nothing better than a sneak peak online to discover yet another amazing part of Australia. Today I discovered Allens Rivulet in Tasmania, and yep is on it's way

15.01.2022 Wild, wet and windy in Sydney this morning - what’s it like where you are? Perfect day for throwing in our 100% Australian merino wool tie front jacket - goes with everything I promise you.

14.01.2022 Christmas in July - so do you do it?? We don’t but it sounds lovely, maybe next year. Either way, it’s 5 months to the big day! Ready or not. We are so in the down hill slide to the end of the year. And by the way, anything after the 1st of July you can play Christmas carols

14.01.2022 Just in case you are wondering, everything designed and manufactured by Plus Maternity Australia is designed and manufactured in Australia, in Sydney, less than 20km from my home and around the corner from the warehouse that everything is stored, prepped and packed from. We have always payed real living wages for our manufacture. It's a conversation that I've had so many times, "why are your pieces so expensive" well I don't think they are but that's a relative thing I suppose. Does where garments are manufactured make a difference in your purchasing?

14.01.2022 It’s towels Tuesday and nothing messes with my washing schedule, so looking at the Sydney forecast - inside in front of the heater or do I risk it and hope for a good breeze?

12.01.2022 ANZAC Day 2021, Lest we forget.

08.01.2022 Love it or loathe it, it’s Halloween and absolutely hands down my husband’s favourite night of the year! Going for a drive to check out the decorated houses, having a small gathering at home or just preparing to enjoy a quite Saturday night in, hope you are all well and safe. With lots of spooky boos from our house to yours xx Nadine

08.01.2022 This was so me! My third trimester was over summer so the pool was my happy place. You?

08.01.2022 "Gold standard birth" Via The Sydney Morning Herald Sadly where you live and the access to maternity care plays a HUGE part in the maternity care and possibly the type of birth you are able to access. I'm sure it would be amazing to have access to a single midwife throughout your pregnancy and beyond, but without going for a self funding option, this isn't available to so many women. I know it's not an option where I am and I'm in Sydney! https://www.smh.com.au//sophie-had-gold-standard-births-bu

07.01.2022 When you have a creative for a husband who hasn't been able to work since March due to COVID restrictions, he's had thinking time and he turned that time into working with new software and creating. This was our house last night. https://www.youtube.com/watch

07.01.2022 Some beautiful suggestions here via ABC Everyday for when words or flowers or chocolates just aren't the right thing, but something is needed. I still love one handed meals and she's 13 and doesn't need me like she used too, but I remember cutting banana bread at a cafe into small squares whilst first out with my mothers group many moons ago, another mum asked why, I said so I could eat it with one hand as small wonder was occupying the other arm. Do you have a go to dish t...hat you make and share? Love to know what it is. https://www.abc.net.au//best-comfort-food-to-mak/100013146

07.01.2022 Just grabbed a card from my stash, was about to write on this oneto welcome a small one to the world, but no now I will be going and purchasing a new card.

06.01.2022 What’s not to love about this cute beach - pool sun safe outfit? I’m so a rashie with a tankini convert these days.

05.01.2022 Plus Maternity Australia is a locally designed and manufactured, designer maternity label for the modern mother. Functional and flattering deigns featuring beautiful fabrics. There is no need to sacrifice your style during pregnancy.

05.01.2022 Borrowed from Tea Drops, who make beautiful flavoured tea, I've bought from them before, but you're shipping from the USA which makes them a bit of a special occasion cup of tea, but very lovely as a gift. At our house today - time in sun fresh sheets I'm chatting to a feathered friend , sausages on the BBQ for lunch honestly I'm loving a coffee at the moment, but that's close to tea right?? How about you - what sparks happiness for you?

04.01.2022 Beautiful article by Jenn from Plus Size Birth on Plus Size Pregnancy Bellies: 5 Women Talk About Their Bumps It's so true, open any pregnancy magazine, and you're led to believe that pregnancy only looks like a perfectly round D shaped belly. That's untrue for people of all sizes and especially for those who are plus size. This is my baby belly at 35 weeks, photo taken at my baby shower and I wish so much I had a few more photos of my pregnancy. Ladies, take photos - one d...ay you'll want to look back on them. I love each women's little story - the final words by KC in her story are pretty special, "I’m a mother of 5 daughters, I’m a lioness, I’m a conqueror, I’m proud of my story". https://plussizebirth.com/plus-size-pregnancy-bellies/

04.01.2022 Resonates don't you think?

03.01.2022 The not so little lady is going to start a project for school and wool is required. Mum and I have raided the wool store in the top of the wardrobe, these balls from Grace Bros were bought by mum to knit something for me as a newborn, that would be a few years ago now........ can you zoom in and see the price??

01.01.2022 So, walking into the house this afternoon and the slow cooker is cooking mild chicken curry is like walking into a house with a beautiful scented candle but different can’t wait for dinner!

01.01.2022 Have you heard of Share the Dignity and #itsinthebag 2020? I collect through out the year and today started pulling bits out of deep storage and putting bags together. A lovely friend from Imagine for Kids wizzes up beautiful cotton bags for me which we use for the non spill-able things, anything that might leak goes into a large IKEA zip lock bag. These are the start on the nappy bags I'm doing - always needed but more on the $$ to fill. Do you do bags too? More information here if you'd like to participate this year. https://www.sharethedignity.org.au/home

01.01.2022 Want to talk about how you're travelling with support during your pregnancy during the COVID pandemic? I know locally birth preparation classes are online not in person and mothers group that would normally be formed around 6 weeks post delivery at an early childhood clinic aren't happening either - where are you finding support? If it's online, care to share any great resources that others might benefit from? Pregnant women maxing out credit cards, withdrawing super to homebirth during COVID-19 https://www.abc.net.au//home-birthings-rise-duri/12491226
