I am still facing many obstacles with my health and will not be reopening a physical studio for the foreseeable future. I will, however, be putting as much energy as I can (which varies week to week) into planning ... THE ULTIMATE online bridal shopping experience so we can start offering our beautiful gowns to you again. HOORAY In the coming weeks I will be setting up a survey to share with you all...to find out what YOU would like to see! What do you want as top features in an online boutique? Products - more of this/ less of that? design features - fabrics, silhouettes, sleeves? images- how many is enough? Videos too? sizing options- standard sizing or custom made? colour choices- white & ivory, champagne? Rainbow of colours? We can offer it all, but what do YOU want to see for YOUR dream wedding gown? pricing - we keep the price as affordable as we can and we want to know, what is your goal price wise? Want a package with a veil? With bridesmaid dresses too? payment plans and payment options- zip pay? Afterpay? Laybuy? Direct deposit? Discount for full payment? packaging- custom bridal gown box for storage of your gown after your wedding? Custom hanger? Bridal gown cover? Or do you want to have the option to reduce the costs to bare minimum packaging? shipping - courier? Hand delivered by a team of Unicorn fairies? return / exchange options - obviously a worn wedding dress is non refundable but what are the policies you would want to give you the confidence to make the order? I know that having 100s of testimonials gives people the confidence to order too, and having done this for over 15 years I have had SO MANY wonderful glowing reviews. It is honestly a joy to be a part of each and every lovely brides big day. Helping YOU see how BEAUTIFUL YOU ARE is the BEST Part of this for me. I truly LOVE to help women know and own their own beauty. So I will track down as many testimonials as I can but honestly most have been over the phone and I havent followed up for photos. But there will be more on the website eventually, and I will learn to follow up and get the photos! I am focused on regaining my health and strength it is such a long road, but always in the right direction It is really important to me that the future of this business reflects what you want to see. I know you would prefer the bricks and mortar experience. I am not in a position to offer that, sorry. Not in the short term anyway. Never say never, right? This beautiful business is a dream I hold dear to my heart, I am passionate about helping women see their own beauty, no matter your shape, size, height, colouring, features, insecurities. I want to help you to transcend all the social rules and see that every single woman on earth is uni...que and amazing. A wedding gown is a special investment. It represents so much at such a pivotal time in a womans life. I truly love that I have put my heart and soul into creating this and have cried tears of joy for the beautiful brides that I have met and seen them realise their own beauty right in front of my eyes. The nervous steps up to the mirror in a wedding gown and the shift in energy in the room when they see it is truly an honour to witness and be a part of. BUT.. unfortunately, chronic illnesses have completely disabled me. I have been unable to work for some time and have been unable to reply to enquiries. This has caused me much anxiety as I hate to let you down, beautiful brides. I know I have, and I am truly sorry. I hold a very high standard for my professional conduct and respect for my customers. THE FUTURE .. I am not currently able to put a timeframe on my ability to return to working on this business. All of my energy needs to be put into dealing with and managing my chronic illnesses, and creating a balanced functional life. I also need to ensure that my two year old daughter gets the best childhood I can provide her. I am sorry to let you down, beautiful brides. Life happens, health challenges and family come to the fore and we all need to look after ourselves and our children. I will update this message when I am feeling well.
