25.01.2022 Starting at just over 99kgs and currently at 74kgs Cass has dropped 25kgs. 10kgs was working from home during Covid. Establishing simple habits every day and staying accountable to her coach. New cycle begins tomorrow with some fresh goals. Go Cass!

25.01.2022 Day 2. Protein Only Days. My goal is simple. EVERY morning before work I do Something, Anything. Push ups, a walk, a workout. It doesn’t matter I just want the habit of feeling energised and having completed something before work.

25.01.2022 WHAT TO DO NEXT. This is a post for the crew just finishing their 3 protein / kick start phase. Tomorrow is the beginning of the next phase. Youve just spent 3 days cutting your carbs, setting exercise habits, drinking more water and learning about protein and snacking. The easiest way to explain the next phase is you do exactly the same as the first 3 days except for 1 detail. You now include healthy carbs in your 3 main meals ( breaky, lunch and dinner ). Thats it. 20-...30g of carbs in each meal. You will continue to burn fat and have energy. You have carb cheat sheets explaining the grams in your folders and phones. Also use the Plus solutions recipes Facebook site for recipes. I will put some in the comments tho. Lets continue this journey and keep on locking in those great habits. Ps. We need focus and discipline for 4 days. Thats it. Next Monday we do a protein day so lets work hard until then. See more

22.01.2022 Stuck at home and cant work out. Check out Hamish whos found a way to work out at home with increased intensity. Ps. These exercises may not be for everyone

21.01.2022 7kgs so far and round 2 has just begun. The journey has just begun. "My name is Cassidy, i have recently completed my first round and lost 7kgs. I feel happier and healthier and more confident after just one round."

21.01.2022 Overcoming obstacles. Rugging up and burning those stores. Nothing like a nice brisk morning walk to get that metabolism roaring for the day

21.01.2022 Heres some results after 1 cycle. Its nice to see the difference on % and cms. Great effort Megan. Now to stabilize for a little bit. Stick to the exercise and food habits youve created. I love seeing the proof.

20.01.2022 So often I get asked "What cant I eat when I start the program?". You know the answer to that. Its obvious. However I think thats the wrong question. Stop focusing on what youre going to lose. Focus on what you will gain. The right question is "What can I eat?". The answer is ALOT!. The chicken cooked with lime and chilli. A basic salad out of a bag with Persian feta. I have a whole page of recipes as we start this next round Ill be constantly adding more.

20.01.2022 Cass you need some new leggings that fit . 29 Kilos gone and 35 cm from around the belly. Very impressive. The best part is Cassidy Clarkson is currently stabilising here at the moment. No more weight loss. From the knowledge gained and habits created Cass has got herself a new set point. A new weight which her body will stay at. Boom! So proud of you. This is you now

18.01.2022 Day 1. Morning metabolic kick start walk. I’ve definitely gained some kilos. One thing, one day at a time. 6 weeks of focus.

17.01.2022 BOOBS UP! Heres a great tip for you. Lift your chest up, set your shoulder blades and feel your abs turn on when you brush your teeth. Yes! Brushing your teeth. Seems irrelevant but you brush your teeth twice a day every single day ( hopefully ). EVERY SINGLE DAY! Even holidays. Youll start to notice a stronger core and you may practice this great posture other times during the day. It will certainly do more than that dusty swiss ball sitting in the corner.

17.01.2022 12.5kilos in 10 weeks ( 2 rounds ).

17.01.2022 12.5kgs in 10 weeks. Great work Cass. You stayed consistent. Sometimes the weight moved, sometimes it didnt but you kept up your little daily habits. At the end of 10 weeks overall its all added up. Enjoy your stability phase and cant wait for you to start round 3. Proud of you.

11.01.2022 A short video to help release some back tension. I shouldve shaved and brushed my hair first but you know, Isolation

09.01.2022 Do you have a goal? Its Friday and its been a big week but before the weekend starts have you thought about your health goal? Have you written it down? To help to keep momentum and stay focused I would encourage you to put pen to paper even just one sentence. Write something, anything. Try and make it personal, attach some emotion to it. Throw the paper away after if you want but reflect on why you started this journey. ... Putting a goal and paper and re-writing, re-reading it often helps you stay on track. Give it a shot. See more

08.01.2022 20kgs gone. So so proud of this young lady. Small consistent compounded over time have led to the fat falling away and the energy creeping up. Well done Cass. You are a champion.

08.01.2022 Check out these kick arse protein snacks. Small bacon bit, little mayo in between a boiled egg.

07.01.2022 This little guy is still too young to take on my morning metabolic kick start walks. Had to improvise to do a circuit in the back yard. Man you move fast when those sharp little teeth are after you!! Thanks for the workout Oreo

07.01.2022 Handy Tip. To keep on track keep some motivational YouTube clips for revisiting on your phone. This particular one is fantastic. Mel Robbins | One of the Best Talks Ever on Self-Motivation - YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_BNDdamTDak

06.01.2022 When you have to do your morning push ups super fast before puppy attack

05.01.2022 Success is about the journey not the destination. You learn a lot about yourself if you just keep going. A great lesson here by Jayne.

04.01.2022 Wake up Wee Weigh In Walk or Workout Whip up Breaky... Write that goal down See more

04.01.2022 Pastry-less meat pie for state of origin. Used a meat pie recipe but swapped the pastry for a topper of sliced eggplant and cheese. A bit more liquid than I was expecting but not bad for first attempt.

02.01.2022 Doesnt need to be drastic. Just a little step outside your zone, consistently.

02.01.2022 My 2 December choices. Just 10 pages or 15 minutes a night. Easy to do. Easy not to do. Small, simple, seemingly insignificant habit every night equates to 12 books a year. What could that do for you?

02.01.2022 Mr mopey here kept dragging me home this morning from our walk. What a weirdo! Thinks he wants to go back to bed. Point is, I’m up and moving anyway. Creating the morning habit, burn all day.

01.01.2022 Handy Tip. Day 2 and starting experience a little headache? Drop a chicken and beef stock cube in some hot water. Have yourself a salty drink. Odds are you are low in sodium . Push on through.
