We truly value each and every patient and aim always to deliver the absolute best service we possibly can. With the clinic so busy we are asking all patients to book their next appointment before leaving. We know life gets in the way of even the best plans , so we understand if sometimes you have to cancel. We will try our best to get you back in . Here are some hints for our p...atients to make your experience the best one possible; * if you’re new to the clinic, please arrive 10 mins early so you can complete your iPad registration and have your clinical photographs taken * if you’ve been before but somehow missed our registration process please let the secretary know when you arrive so you can be handed an iPad * yes, we are in the big blue doors. Our signage is intentionally discrete, and we are located in the premier medical precinct on Highfields (near the public hospital). * we often work late hours, if you arrive and can’t see the secretary, one of the girls will be with you soon, so have a seat in the main waiting area and grab an iPad if you’re new. * doors are sometimes locked after hours so if you’re having a visit after 5pm, we are definitely still there, please knock on the door, or call your treating clinician directly to be admitted (not the clinic phone). The phone numbers of all staff members are on their business cards. * if you can’t remember when your next appointment is, you can search your emails to find the confirmation one we send all bookings. Given we book so far in advance we recommend entering your appts in your phone or diary too. * you will be sent an email after your appointment with all your post treatment Dos and Donts. Please take the time to read them before messaging the clinic. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please msg your clinician directly. * the clinic is staffed mon-sat 9am-5pm. 08.01.2022 Pigment I feel like I waved a magic wand over this clients face and the pigment disappeared! It was actually that easy..... this result was after one dermapen and TCA drop. There is a key component to maintaining these results and it amazes me when my clients have had several lasers or IPL treatments and have not be informed properly of the maintenance routine. Pigment is reoccurring so we need to stop these little melanosomes from spilling back into the wrong spot again. If you have pigment, brown spots, age spots or melasma I can help.
