22.01.2022 Members Please see attached email sent to the committee from PMGC Members Future regarding the use of practice facilities at PMGC Daniel I would like to forward the members idea’s regarding the use of the practice range near the 13th and also the putting green adjacent to the club house. I have asked the members for ideas and have a great response on the following issues. Currently both practice areas are closed and we understand the reasons with COVID19 restrictions. The PM...GC members future have come up with an alternative to get both of these areas functional for members with obeying the current distancing restrictions. Driving range near the 13th 1: utelise the MiClub booking system for bookings to the driving range, limiting it to 2 or 3 people with 1/2 hour or 1 hour booking times. 2: members to purchase range bucket from pro shop (once only) and refill with range balls prior to booking time. 3: Use of the old balls already in the pro shop and pay a minimal fee to James Single for the use of range balls 4: range balls to stay on the range when you finish practising (1 contact only) 5: I will donate a ball retriever to the pro shopValued at $550 so at the end of each day a junior can (paid out of driving range profits)take a cart to the range and drive around picking up the ball (1/2 hour from 4 o’clock) 6: Once the balls go back to pro shop the range balls will be put into a disinfectant solution and allowed to dry over night to be used the following day. 7: Signage at the driving range so members know they are not to be there unless they have a MiClub booking, otherwise penalties may be enforced to comply with Golf NSW restrictions on social distancing. Putting Green 1: Allow the next group that are due to tee up has pole position on the putting green 2: if the 7:18 group are on the tee the 7:25 group can utilise the putting green until the 7:18 group have left the tee area. 3: once the 7:25 group leave the putting green the 7:32 group have the putting green till the 7:25 group leave the tee 4: enforcement will by education and signage next to the putting green (I will supply) 5: The table out front of pro shop will be able to monitor this to ensure no more than 2 people on practice green at any time 6: the putting group leave via the lower end of the putting green directly to the tee I hope the committee understand that the members are doing their best to keep the club compliant with the regulations imposed and are only trying to utilise the course to it’s capacity during these trying times.

21.01.2022 Hi all I have some good news regarding bookings. I have been in touch with MiClub regarding if they have a built in algorithm in their system to limit the amount of games a member can book over a week period. To my surprise there is such a program built in. What this program does is opens a week in a block where each member books his or hers preferred day, ie: Saturday is my preferred day as I work during the week, once I have booked that day I can not book another day in th...at week. Once every member has had the opportunity to book his or her favoured day, the club can open up the bookings on the Wednesday so every paying member has the opportunity to book more games in during that period for spots that are available. This will give every full paying member the chance to play on the day they would prefer. My goal is for every member to have the opportunity to play on their preferred day without missing out, please comment and share so all members are aware of this and please positive feedback or suggestions would be appreciated to help us create a better system. 19.01.2022 Hi all As you are all aware of my post earlier this week I had raised some concerns that I put forward and you as members replied, liked and voiced your own opinions. It appears the comments associated with my post have been removed as a resolved issue, which in all honesty, Is the clubs choice and I believe that they have acted in the best interest of the members after addressing our concerns. I suggested that we have a page within the PMGC members page for ideas and sugge...stion as paying members to help the club now and beyond COVID-19 based on the feedback from you, the members. My second post, regarding the creation of a group to throw ideas and suggestions around to benefit the future of the club, I have now created this page to help the committee capture members feedback. I am investing my time in this as I am a passionate member and want to see the club thrive for the benefit of the members and become a club more people want come to, dine and enjoy what we have to offer. My hope is the committee will welcome everyone’s positive ideas and suggestions and I will do my best to liaise with the committee to ensure you, the members voice is heard. Please share and like the PMGC Members Future group and get as many members to voice their ideas to assist the club into the future. 17.01.2022 Hi members I have been sent a private message regarding the practice green, and personally I think it’s a great idea (one I wish I had of thought of) See the message below and please comment on any idea’s you have to help make this happen. Hi Glenn. Awesome work with the Futures page mate .... A quick question regarding the practice putting green...... Do you think it’s worth asking the board/committee if the practice green could be used only by the 2 people immediately following the group currently on the tee on comp days? Wouldn’t effect social distancing etc. Allgood if you think it’s not worth asking Thanks mate.

14.01.2022 All Members I had a call from a friend of mine that lives on Emerald down golf course and told me Tom Biron and Josh Joshua Main we’re playing at Emerald. I said probably playing Social golf. Then find out they are not allowed to play at port as they have to leave spots (social and competitive) for paying members. My question is how can the clubs brightest prospective trainee golfer expect to keep his game up if he can’t practice at his own course. With no driving range available and told he can’t even play socially. Please like if you think this should be reversed and the club pro’s be able to play on their own course. I would happily give up my time slot for them the have a hit.

07.01.2022 Hi Members Great news regarding the PMGC Members Future. We have a new group page under construction that will allow members to access a range of different services within the clubs membership. We have included a range of easy to select buttons that will allow you to 1: search for trades and businesses owned and operated by us the members, giving each member the opportunity to promote their business to all members free of charge... 2: A buy/swap/sell section for used golf equipment to advertise to the members 3: A pro shop specials button to give James the opportunity to let the members know of any specials within the pro shop. 4: A suggestions section that will allow members to select a category they would like to relate his or hers idea’s on. Ie: Food, Golf, entertainment etc, these ideas will be invaluable going forward for the club. 5: We have included a sponsors page where club sponsors can promote their special during the year and any sales they have on. Members, this page is designed to help the club make informed decisions on what us the members would like to see happen at our club. So please if you have any negative issues or complaints regarding the club please use the concerns button and any concerns will go directly to the club management. I hope you find this new group informative and will keep you posted on all ideas, events, specials and rulings within the club.

The committee is doing an amazing job getting us back on the course and with limited spots available during the week to practise I feel this idea would allow member like Rowan Cooper to continue practicing without using limited time spots in comps and social tees available.

03.01.2022 I commend the committee for recognising the members opinions and assistance regarding the MiClub booking system. In the presidents news emailed to members on the 21st April, has implemented the booking system us a group put forward last week.
