With appointments starting to flood in for December, I wanted to take this chance to remind my clients that Pocket of Beauty is a small local business, relying heavily on clients arriving for booked appointments.... To ensure I see as many of you beautiful people as possible over the festive season and avoid income loss at this time of year, I will require a 50% deposit on all December bookings. This will then be credited towards your chosen treatment and the balance paid on the day! You may pay this by credit card over the phone, bank transfer or you are welcome to call in with cash and pay it in person. This will mean that in cases of no shows or late cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment, your 50% deposit will not be refundable.
