While the book is being finalised we are about to launch a mental health awareness campaign within a mental health awareness campaign #inception that is to do with our circle icon. The purpose is to bring people together in solidarity for those that might be suffering at the moment. More info to come!!!... Ps. Is the circle orange or yellow? Ps. Ps. Big love to you all

10.01.2022 Everyday we are participating in countless conversations about the state of world, whether we like it or not. Lockdowns, numbers rising, numbers falling, what you used when you ran out of toilet paper... Though it has become clear that there is a silent number much more frightning than the numbers that we hear day in and day out. If you are struggling with your mental health please seek help. You are not alone. ... Fun Fact: Did you know that if you get a referral from a GP, Medicare will cover 10 visits to psychological therapy? This week that has been bumped up to 20. I have been seeing my psychological therapist since 2015 and could not speak more highly of the good it has done for me. I am usually hesitant to go but once my session is done I am welcomed with a confidence boost and a new resilience for what I am facing at the time. It is not weak to seek help. We are all in this together. Big love! H

03.01.2022 Taking a second to share my appreciation for two hero’s of mine! @cookedwithjack & @kaptainmick. Both of these legends spend large amounts of time and resources to cook large amounts of food to deliver to people that need it during isolation, FOR FREE!! They cook, clean, and deliver by themselves out of love for their friends and communities. Ive heard Jack say that a bag of hot soup delivered to your doorstep is like receiving a hug from a loved one, and boy oh boy do we a...ll deserve a hug right now! These guys brighten my day and put a smile on my face every time they pop up! I thought they deserved some credit for all the love they give out!
