13.01.2022 Making space for expansion is messy. It’s snotty nosed crying, unbrushed hair, pajamas all day. It’s teary sessions with my bestie pouring out the pain, confusion + wounding + picking up the pieces.... It’s Netflix, pizza for dinner, hugs + blanket forts. Making space for expansion is not fun, it’s heart-breaking + soul opening to better serve my purpose better here on Earth. Making space for expansion is not glamorous, it’s cracking open your human psyche. Making space for expansion is not fancy, it’s fortifying the trust I have in myself + my capabilities. I certainly don’t get it right but I do get in the sea of emotional gunk + make damn sure that shit sets sail

10.01.2022 I don’t journal 3 pages of consciousness every single morning. I don’t get up at 5am. I don’t attend a daily yoga class.... I don’t meditate routinely. I don’t always parent consciously. I don’t subscribe to the hustle hard + grind all day mentality. I do commit myself to always growing + evolving. I do rest when I need albeit with some resistance at first. I do seek out mentors + coaches who inspire me every single day. I do sit with my soul + feel the flood of power that gives me. I do stick to rhythmic cycles that allow me to check-in with myself + where I’m at energetically. I do daydream + dance with desire to open up more possibilities for myself. I do reach out for support when I need it because it’s too big for me to hold all on my own. I do regularly take inventory of my beliefs + meaningfully create new ones. I do seek out new connections + conversations coz it lights me the fuck up! You don’t have to do it anyone else way... do it how YOU want. There’s no golden ticket, magic billet or fail safe system. There’s you, your heart, your soul + your beautiful mind. Go get it
