15.01.2022 Some of you may already be familiar with my story and how my chocolate obsession came about, but for those that dont know, I actually started out as a scientist! My chocolate education began with a hands-on class one Sunday Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School almost 9 years ago with this guy, @paulkennedysavour . Its safe to say that after that one class I was hooked! I soon signed up for an entire year of classes, which turned into about 8 years of amazing experiences... and fun working with all things sweet, with a few successful competitions along the way (pics swipe right).
