22.01.2022 FOOTWEAR REVIEW: - Asics Gel Pursue 6 Neutral Mens 2E & Womens D width.... The GEL-PURSUE 6 running shoe is an excellent choice for runners of various levels looking for a comfortable and neutral shoe with a responsive ride and is currently our most referred to shoe for a wide and neutral foot type. This running shoe has a brand-new underfoot feel that delivers excellent comfort with each stride. The midsole foam is softer than previous yet still sufficient for biomechanical management unlike many neutral shoes on the market that are too soft and destabilize the footy during gait. A much more smoother transitional shoe than previous. - The upper has changed and feels more comfortable immediately with a multi-directional stretch mesh on the upper, which adjusts to the shape of the foot for a personalised fit. Time will tell with this but I feel the upper support has maintained well during the time already worn. The shoe accommodates an orthotic well with the additional width throughout the mid and forefoot to give our podiatrists the ability to refer this shoe to a broad community of walkers and runners. Well done Asics on this one, the changes are very welcomed. Rating 9.5/10

Matthew has over 10 years Podiatry experience in Paediatrics, Diabetes and Wound Management and prior was an emergency department nurse for nearly ten years too. With the use of our video gait analysis equipment and our huge supply of sample runners to trial, he is able to also recommend the most appropriate footwear for sport, recreation, work or for home comfort.... This means there are NO CRITERIA that need to be satisfied for you to attend our clinic. So for all our patients, who have been feeling less than 100% but didn't feel they satisfied the previous pain management criteria... we are now able to help you! Rest assured we will still be following all our strict Hygiene Standards in accordance with our Covid Plan: Continuing to wash our hands between consults with medical-grade soap - continued practice.
