25.01.2022 Now that the sun is coming out there is more incentive to get out and exercise! We are so lucky to live in a place where the outdoors becomes intrinsic to our lifestyle. I often notice with clients that come through my clinic, that people start exercise routines quite suddenly without building up in preparation..... and unfortunately injuries, aches and pains can crop up. Stretching and slowly introducing the kms, or the load of weights, or the intensity of pace is so important.

After years of nursing, I have seen and attended to far more difficult things to handle so nothing bothers me. I guess I am going to post photos that some people won’t like looking at!! This is my foot. Not too much callus really, but enough from walking around barefoot on jarrah floorboards to be uncomfortable. I finally took a moment to grab the scalpel and let loose on my heels.... which let me tell you is not the easiest thing to do position wise!! Anyways... some cream, a quick massage and they now feel amazing!! #itsthelittlethings @ Claremont, Western Australia
