23.01.2022 Authentic Thai Rice Salad this salad is amazing and very healthy. I lost count on how many different herbs and vegetables they have put them in. As far as I can remember, they were fresh lemongrass, snake beans, green mango, carrot, pomelo, leucaena, starfruit, coconut, kaffir lime leaf, red rice, ground black sesame seeds and few other vegetables. Add a bit of extra chilli and serve with special sauce. Sooo yummy!!

10.01.2022 Our spring rolls are looking great. It has golden brown colour, crispy skin, authentic filling and very tasty.

06.01.2022 Next cooking class, Tom Kha Gai, chicken cooked in coconut cream with combination flavours of fresh kaffir lime leaf, galangal, lemongrass and chilli. Seasoned with fish sauce and lemon juice. Yum!!! This soup is perfect for upcoming cold weather. Need two more people to fill in evening class. 03.01.2022 So simple, so easy but delicious! Garlic & Pepper pork stir-fry with Nam Jim, the most common Thai dipping sauce.

02.01.2022 Chinese style pork spare rips and daikon radish soup with shiitake mushrooms, goji berry and dried shrimps. The pork has been cooked till they are very soft, tender and fallen out of the bones. I don’t have this dish in a class menu but can share recipes if anyone interested. See...we don’t eat chilli all the time
