25.01.2022 Here we go............. the banners are going up, the car stickers are on the back windows of passing cars AND NOW Murray Street is lined with corflute signs pr...omoting Gawlers own CHANGE Original Music Festival. So roll on 1.30 pm. Sunday October 4 & 2.00 pm. Monday October 5. What better way could you spend a couple of hours, sitting back and enjoying the talent of our modern day singer/songwriters. See you in the courtyard of the Kingsford Hotel real soon. Gonna be a blinder, I can just feel it. Cheers

Cafe Tracy 2 weeks ago Today by chance my 3 children and I stopped into this little Cafe, it was close to where we parked the car and it was getting close to lunch time. I haven't received such a friendly welcome before, sometimes when I take out all 3 of my kids by myself a look of terror can greet me instead. The people (staff and customers) food and atmosphere were so warming and wholesome. I ordered the Jax burger, which was absolutely delicious!! I looked at the menu board to order for my son (it had *ask about kids meals) and that's exactly what I did, I was offered a few options and nothing was too hard, extra care and effort was made on the staffs behalf to make our experience feel like no other. My son was absolutely delighted when his mini cheese burger and chips arrived at the table with a side of tomato sauce. It was bottle time for my 5mo twins when my meal came out so I fed them and while I enjoyed my burger the friendly staff and customers engaged with my boys and rocked the twins and kept the calm so I could enjoy 5 minutes to myself, and my food. Gayle is the heart and soul of this place, She had been busy baking some fresh treats and brought them out to cool, She saw that my almost 3 year old was getting a bit restless even tho before I had even ordered a meal her and her son organised some colouring in for my son to do, Gayle brought a taste of some of the delicious sweet treats she had been making. This Cafe has a wonderful inviting and community feel to it, I would highly recommend you pop in for a visit, if it's lunch a sweet treat or even just a coffee!! We will definitely be returning. This was our first but certianly not our last visit

19.01.2022 So 7 weeks ago we rocked up back at the centre with our team of volunteers, and the Streetlight setup gear and we were stoked to hear that during the hardcore C...ovid restrictions that you guys were coming back each week just checking to see if we were back on. Now thats commitment. I know its kinda been word of mouth but for those who dont know, we have been meeting each week back at the centre for 7 weeks now but due to Covid safe plans we havent been able to advertise (until now!
