25.01.2022 We are the 'top pub' (as the local folks say) in a wonderful country town situated in Chillagoe (west of Cairns). Post Office Hotel have the long time locals and many tourists who enjoy our super chilled tap beers, ready to drink bottles or tinny beers, UDLs, bench spirits made to your mix requests, wines, juices or super icy softdrinks sometimes accompanied by a nibbly snack, a quick lunch or a delicious dinner. We have special dinner deals on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Friday...s which are cheap as chips . The kids often enjoy our chips and nuggets after a play on our adventure playground under the shade sails. We also have annual events with live bands and regular weekly fun where all are welcomed to join in....so watch out for updates on our page ...or even better like our page so you never miss out..... If your not wanting to join the social locals ...no problem ...We are happy to provide you your takeaway beverages or meals. So no excuses why you wouldn't pop in for a hello to be checking out our famous "signature walls of 20+ years" read a bit of history, look at all the bits 'n' bobs of yesteryear that display about the pub ...or take a pic of our proudly produced locally chillagoe marble bar..... as well as our super friendly "All Locally" employed staff.
