22.01.2022 SKYFALL IRON - DEEP SEAT - A short video of us playing with the new deep seat Skyfall Iron in sizeable surf and small bumps. Retaining the competitive hull desi...gn by Damien Daley of DD3 Australia, the ski is able to surf any small bumps that are seemingly not even there. This is evident in the video. The lower seat introduced by us at Point watersport, allows for full rotation and power through the surf without any threat of having to brace or be unseated in big surf conditions. This great mix of features expands the use of this ski to novices and gets the nod as an incredibly competitive racing model. See more
18.01.2022 Looking forward to the Phantom x arriving on Australian shores soon!
17.01.2022 Surf ski paddling - an amazing sport for any age group!
16.01.2022 The inaugural Beach-to-Beach race (hosted by Mooloolaba Paddlers and Panamuna outriggers) was a great success. Pity about the wind, but the weather is one thing that can't be controlled!!
16.01.2022 Our happy place!
14.01.2022 PHANTOM XL - So super excited after todays second paddle on the first boat out of the new mold. Yesterday in a gnarly biggish down wind swell the ski enabled me... to post faster splits up our coastline than i have done in years. Today checked the drainage capacity on flat water. I will be making a number of posts and YouTube clips capturing all the features of the new ski. Watch this space. Pictures of the new ski dressed up and ready to go. See more
13.01.2022 UPDATED DESIGN DOUBLE SURFSKI - Based on the speedy shape of our SPEED 2 double surfski introducing huge stability into the hull, creates a mix of features, tha...t makes the ski incredibly stable and maneuverable in down wind conditions and has lost very little of its initial speed. In two contrasting outings in the past week, myself and masters partner Gordon Spaulding with a combined age of 121 years, surprised the field with very competitive results. In the gnarly 33km DaReal ski race on Saturday, we finished with a win in the masters section and a very respectable second overall, a comfortable 10 minutes clear of the next ski in the field. After some small changes to the deck, we expect be in production with the new double before the end of the year. 11.01.2022 SKYFALL IRON - Stunning pictures courtesy of Brian Spurr Photography of young junior Iron Man CONNOR BOTHA mixing it with the very best seniors in the country o...n his new Skyfall Iron single ski, in the Ocean Heros Iron Man Classic held at North Beach Durban on Sunday in huge awkward surf conditions. Connors performance on the Skyfall Iron is remarkable considering that he has only paddled the new custom made to fit ski a couple of times, and yet was totally at home in extreme conditions. A combination of a great future competitor on a great new surfski. See more
10.01.2022 Mooloolaba Paddlers June Club meet is coming up soon. All welcome!
09.01.2022 Can’t wait to see this in Australia!
09.01.2022 Winter paddling season about to start in the Southern Hemisphere! Usually means calmer seas and more river races. Enjoy!
08.01.2022 PHANTOM OCEAN RACING SINGLE - Another great day in this very underrated ocean ski that jumps from intermediate to high performance the moment you have any kind ...of moving water underneath you. In light shifting conditions on Sunday in the Dareal down wind series on the KZN coast the ability to steer diagonally and shift and link the down wind runs, by simply moving your hips, has frustrated a number of the younger stronger paddlers in the field watching this surfski twist its way past them for the second week in a row. How does the quote go? "I LOVE THIS GAME!" See more
04.01.2022 We’re having a much-needed downpour on the Sunshine Coast this weekend. Hope it doesn’t get this bad. Well done Mark for helping out - it must have been a scary experience for those stuck in cars.
03.01.2022 Congratulations Alyce. Amazing race!
