What we are offering: We are looking for an experienced hair stylist who is willing to show us that they are well and truly capable of not only pleasing our client base, but help in the day to day running of the business, so that one day they may potentially move into a salon management role. This role does not necessarily need to be someone with management experience, as we believe that the right motivated individual can be trained up to a management role. To start we are offering a casual position 3-4 days a week with progression to full time hours, with above award wages. We would therefore be looking for: * Motivation - You are wanting career progression * A team player, willing to assist others where necessary * Punctuality - attend training and meetings * You to maintain the confidentiality of clients and salon business * You to pro-actively seek ways to improve the level of service offered by our salon to our clients * Minimum cert 3 in hairdressing (or 3rd year apprentice) * Willing to learn bridal styles and hair extensions Job Benefits * Flexible hours -willing to work with you to establish work hours and days * Christmas holidays * Paid training and education days * Career Progression * Creative freedom * Up beat work atmosphere What are you waiting for?
