18.01.2022 I am sorry to inform all that the POKI markets are "on hold" until further notice. I trust that you will all find other places to gather for a chat (adequately distanced) and use every opportunity to stay connected. Your staples of vegetables (Paul), Salt (Tanya), Garlic (Carmen) and Honey (Sandy) can be sourced directly from their providers. We will be starting to post other available products and produce from suppliers on this page.

03.01.2022 SURPRISE!! N A M E C H A N G E So as you all know, Sammy and I started this page about a year and a half ago and we have learnt so muc...h in that time. But as time goes on, we grow and blossom, changing directions and our paths become a little more clearer and sometimes a little unclear. The reason to why we have decided to change our name is because Sammy has decided to give the little business a break until she finds her spark again. I can’t wait until she does, but sometimes that takes time to find our feet. So from now on, it will just be me on here, at ‘The Peachy Place’, continuing to create and learn along the way. I feel sad that it will be just me on this new journey but I’m delighted to share all the things I have been brainstorming for 2020 with you very soon! You are probably wondering why I have renamed the business, ‘The Peachy Place’ and to be honest I really wanted something that was close to me. As some of you know my little mini-foxy dog is named Peaches, and she’s fun, cute, cheeky, she makes me smile and she’s always there. As silly as it sounds, I wanted the new name to be fun, approachable, a little quirky and just something that felt close to my heart. And indeed it is. Proteas are one of my most favourite natives so a little sketch of one felt fitting for the logo. I hope you can all start to get used to the new name and keep a look out for all the new ideas coming your way very soon! Soon as the world settles down I look forward to getting to the market again and to introduce the new name and logo to those who aren’t on social media. Thanks so much for following along so far, I appreciate you all for every ‘like’ and ‘comment’ and ‘share’, it all means the world!! Much love, Bee xx
