25.01.2022 Whats in the box? Is it a pizza oven? Is it a dog kennel? No! Its Pauls new drive unit! What on earth is a drive unit?! Well for 8 years now Paul has been diving for scallops with just a shark sheild to protect him, braving the freezing waters and paddling the strong currents. This little baby will power a shark cage, supply him with air and provide him with hot water. We are now entering the next stage of the business where the world is our oyster... I mean scallop! Watch this space

24.01.2022 Okay folks, this Sunday is the last Market until the Royal Show is over. Our scallops will be caught FRESH on Saturday and freeze very well if need be. SEA URCHINS sold out again last week so we are bringing 3 boxes this time! Perfect weather for a barbie dont you think?
