16.01.2022 Chelsea had big dreams for her wedding day!!! The standard sway & shuffle simply would not do for her first dance with Tom so we got to work creating a piece that would be a little more entertaining for their family & friends. Mikkel and I have choreographed a few wedding dances over the years, but trust our Chels to make it this elaborate! Tom had no clue of the plans or how much would be involved in the beginning (surprising since they've been together 10 years, y...ou'd think he'd know what he was getting himself into ) - but I reckon even he would agree that the effort was worth it. Can it get any more magical? Look at all that love! It's got me all choked up. As some of you may know, Tom and I had the pleasure and privilege of learning our first wedding dance from the amazing, multi-talented Bailey and Mikkel. As you can imagine, this was no ordinary first dance and Bailey and Mikkel were so incredibly patient, thoughtful, and flexible teaching us a beautiful piece that was not only achievable for both of us, but brought my ridiculous ideas to life in the most special way. I honestly can't thank you both enough, this dance was one of the absolute highlights of the whole day for us and will be such a beautiful memory for us to look back on forever. I'm so thankful to have been able to share this experience with such kind and inspiring friends, and I'm so glad you said yes to another one of my schemes We truly had the time of our lives, and we owe it all to you. 10.01.2022 WERE RE-OPENING! By now you would have probably heard the NSW government has announced that gyms & dance studios can resume face-to-face classes. Yay! The official date we can legally operate again is from Sat 13th June and while we are absolutely ecstatic to be able to see you again in-person, we have decided not to rush back in as the health and safety of our community is our top priority. ... We have been busy behind the scenes preparing for your return doing renovations, deep-cleaning the studios and updating protocols. Theres still a few things we need to organise so our first classes back in the studio will be from the 29th June. Initially we will ONLY be offering pole dancing classes as we wont be allowed to share equipment and there isnt really an effective way to sanitise the aerial apparatus between uses. Aerial silks would require removing hardware and laundering after each use which is not a viable option for us and the only other way to guarantee disinfection would be to completely drench the fabric in alcohol (which is not recommended as alcohol is known to compromise the strength & integrity of aerial fabric). Our aerials hoops are covered with fabric cloth tape and also present challenges so unfortunately ALL Aerial Classes will remain on hold for now. We are positive however that restrictions will continue to ease and we will have our aerialists back in the air again soon! HAMILTON STUDIO will stay closed until further notice. HUNTER ST STUDIO open from MON 29TH JUNE for Pole Classes. Timetable will be available for viewing on the website at midday today! We ask that you please be patient with us at the moment as we work on updating students and answering emails & enquiries. From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to thank you for your understanding and loyalty so far, these times have been tough on business' like ours and we hope that you continue to support our studio as we adapt to this new world.

Just a few weeks ago we held our biggest studio showcase yet then this last weekend the crew was down in Melbourne for the Miss Lyra Australia finals. I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing these woman are and how much joy it brings to watch them perform on stage Congratulations to our gorgeous instructor Chelsea for taking out 1st runner up in the MLA Showtime category with another tippy hoop sensation! ... And congrats to Amy for absolutely killing her routine in the Advanced division We are so proud of you both! 06.01.2022 This is a difficult announcement to make but here it goes... Following orders from the NSW Government for all non-essential businesses to shutdown at midday, the studio will be closed to the public effective immediately. This isnt the end! But we are unsure at this stage how long the doors will remain shut so over the next few days our team will be re-evaluating and working on a plan to keep the Pol-arise Community connected in the interim. ... Everyone enrolled in this current term will be contacted once we figure out what will happen with remaining class credits. We do ask that you please bare with us during this testing time and we will get all the relevant information to you as soon as possible! Thank you to all our students & instructors for their support!
