25.01.2022 Want to try our KILLER ABS, BUTTS & THIGHS class for a cheap as chips price? We are running the class for two weeks only starting tonight at 6pm and the cost is $35. There is no pole work involved but there sure is a damn good booty workout involved so come along and give it a try! Bookings are essential so please message me for more info

22.01.2022 Due to some cancellations we now have some spaces left in our DANCE FLOW beginner pole class starting on November 10, Tuesdays at 6.00pm. This is a new class we are trialing that is perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to build strength and fitness, improve body and mind confidence and learn how to coordinate and move your body with flow and grace. This is NOT a dance class but more of a combination of strengthening exercises, basic pole tricks & spins, body positioning and flow followed by some stretching to elongate the muscles and create fluidity and flexibility. Pole cardio starts tonight at 7.15pm and the cost is $45 for TWO classes. (this monday and next monday) Abs, Butts & thighs starts tuesday night at 6pm (this tuesday and next tuesday) and the cost is $35 for TWO classes. If you want to do both the total cost is $75. Unfortunately we cannot offer burlesque, pole cardio, killer abs/butts/thighs or strength & stress classes but we should be back into gear by the november term. All beginner, intermediate and advanced pole tricks & spins are also booked out so apologies for anyone who was keen to sign up. Thank you and sorry for any inconvenience! x

01.01.2022 Great news!! We are offering a wicked discount for anyone who joins both our Killer Abs, Butts & Thighs class AND Pole Cardio. The abs class starts on Monday, November 9 at 7.15pm and cardio starts on Thursday, November 12 at 6pm. Both classes run once a week for an hour and if you sign up you get a $35 discount off the total price which is $185 after the discount (Normally $220 for both). Combining these two classes will give you an amazing and fun overall body workout plus you will learn some basic pole tricks and spins. If you would prefer to do only one of these classes its $95 for Abs and $125 for Pole Cardio xx
