Ok in a nut shell we dont want you to withdraw from a routine as you are booked in for 6 weeks and if you withdraw it will withdraw you for the whole term. Lucina is continuing her class starting in the new term its $5 a week (pole4fitness students) non pole4fitness students $10, Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30-6:10pm via zoom. If you are keen to join msg us for the link 2x 40min strength and stretch classes focusing on upper body and arms ,core strength and hip flexor strength which are essential for aerial and pole plus a slightly condensed version of the stretch class she currently teaches to give people the benefit of doing it twice which she believes will give you rewarding improvement; the class draws on Pilates, yoga, ballet and circus fitness drills!
