24.01.2022 The latest round of Victorian lockdown restrictions mean that if you live in the Melbourne metro area (or Mitchell Shire) you can’t leave home for a holiday until at least August 20. If you have a stay booked at The Polehouse during that time please get in touch with us via the method you used to book (AirBNB, HomeAway, [email protected]) and we’ll work with you on either re-scheduling or cancelling. When this is all over please consider future trips to the high country as a relaxing getaway. These communities have had the double blow of fires and now COVID19 affecting their livelihoods so would welcome your support.

10.01.2022 If you are visiting The Polehouse over winter you are most likely heading to the ski fields. This year the rules are a bit different so you should check them out in advance. In particular make sure you check if you need to pre-book entry and lift tickets. 03.01.2022 Despite the latest lockdown Mt Buller management has decided to continue operations throughout the ski season. If you live outside the Melbourne metro area you can still access the Buller & Stirling resorts over the next 6 weeks and hopefully they will be available to everyone after that.
