21.01.2022 UPDATE: Due to the release of the APC Nationals change of date, our wonderful instructor @nicole_vee will be competing in Canberra on the 5th of December. So in light of this news we have changed the date of the student showcase to Friday 11th December.

16.01.2022 Update: Our instructor Renee is taking a well deserved break for the rest of the week. Classes will be resuming as per normal with our wonderful team of instructors covering for her. Functional classes will be taken alternatively by our amazing personal trainers Kelly R, and Jesse.
