24.01.2022 2 new Polex MDC Dust Collectors going in at one of Australias largest & most advanced joinery works.

24.01.2022 Polex recently designed & constructed a huge dust , fume and odor control system. Its used for the air filtration from an excavation of a large underground car park being constructed in Sydney. The units have 4 x 132 kW & 2 160 kW high efficiency fans with cartridge , Carbon and HEPA filtration. The units are built into 14 x 20 high cube shipping containers to enable easy moving from location to location.

16.01.2022 Installation of a Large MDC 64000 PC Dust Collector in a large packaging plant. It has 4 x Rotary valves feeding waste into 4 x large bins. The bins can be emptied while the unit is running by simply turning off & on the Rotary Valve. This allows production to keep running.This unit has 2 x 45 kW high efficiency fans controlled by our state of the art VSD ( variable speed drive) & pressure transducer that saves huge $$$$ in energy costs for our customers.

06.01.2022 A large system going in sydneys western suburbs. 3 X 75kW with 2 MDC 72000 reverse pulse , fully auto self filter cleaning, dust collectors. The system has 3 VSD Drives that automatically control the power usage of the 3 X 75kW high efficiency fans. This will save huge $$$$ on energy costs. The units were too big to transport easily so we did the assembly on site saving the customer a large cost. If the project is large or small Polex will have the most cost effective long term engineered solution to solve your requirements.
