25.01.2022 After being postponed earlier in the year, the Remembrance Bicycle Ride is back and in a COVID safe way! For the first time in it's history, there won't be a ride from Sydney to Canberra, but instead riders will be setting up their own small-group rides, challenging each other to achieve something great all in the name of remembering our fallen and raising money for those left behind. Whether that's riding 150kms, a 1,000m climb, or riding 10kms with the whole family..., you can decide what you want to achieve! Raising funds for the incredible work of NSW Police Legacy Legacy, the 8th Annual Remembrance Bicycle Ride will be held on Sunday 15 November, and to find out more about how the ride will work or to register to ride and raise money, visit https://portal.policelegacynsw.org.au//2020-remembrance-bi. Police Bank are proud to again be a sponsor of the ride, and our Director and Deputy Chair Raff Del Vecchio will once again be leading one of the rides this year to help support our Police Family.

20.01.2022 The Wall to Wall - Ride for Remembrance was held over the weekend to pay respects for those officers who have passed away in the line of duty. Due to COVID-19, there were many satellite rides that took place, with a ceremony held at the National Police Memorial in Canberra streamed to all riders throughout Australia. The ride has helped to raise funds to support the integral work of all Police Legacies in their mission to help legatee families.

18.01.2022 Today is Wear it Purple day, recognising that everyone has the right to be proud of who they are, regardless of who you love and how you define yourself. It is held to support young people who identify as sexuality and/or gender diverse, and seeks to raise awareness about the need to eradicate bullying based on sexuality and gender diversity. To celebrate #WearItPurple, the NSW Police Force has launched a short film made in partnership with a small group of 78ers, the first Mardi Gras participants. You can watch the trailer below, or view the full film at https://youtu.be/nFoZ3DKcylc We are proud to stand beside our Officers, who play a vital role in supporting all LGBTIQ+ community members in their right to be proud of who they are. #TheStrengthOfCommunity #WearItPurpleDay

05.01.2022 Rosie is a 7 year old with a unique life. Just like any 7 year old, Rosie loves, Lego, family trips, telling crazy jokes and music. But her life has not been easy. In 2017, Rosie was diagnosed with Bardet Biedl Syndrome, a genetic disorder that causes chronic kidney disease, progressive vision loss and learning difficulties. Rosie's life has been full of doctors, hospitals, operations, diet restrictions, traumatising scans, blood tests and medications. It is unsure how long ...Rosie's little life will be, but we can help Rosie to live her best life now. Rosie's family have set up a Facebook page if you would like to follow Rosie's story and get behind any of the events to make Rosie's life incredible.
