For the first time in it's history, there won't be a ride from Sydney to Canberra, but instead riders will be setting up their own small-group rides, challenging each other to achieve something great all in the name of remembering our fallen and raising money for those left behind. Dedicating 11 years of his life to the NSW Police Force, Shannon received many awards during his service, and was also a loving husband and father. 07.01.2022 The Wall to Wall - Ride for Remembrance was held over the weekend to pay respects for those officers who have passed away in the line of duty. Due to COVID-19, there were many satellite rides that took place, with a ceremony held at the National Police Memorial in Canberra streamed to all riders throughout Australia. The ride has helped to raise funds to support the integral work of all Police Legacies in their mission to help legatee families.

06.01.2022 The NSW Government announced yesterday that stamp duty will be temporarily paused for first home buyers purchasing newly-built homes. This change will begin on 1 August 2020 and means that first home buyers looking at purchasing newly-built homes up to $800,000 will be exempt from stamp duty, with a concession offered on homes up to $1 million. 05.01.2022 This National NAIDOC Week we acknowledge that the very first footprints on this continent belonged to First Nations People, as we celebrate our First Nations' 65,000+ year history of Australia! #NAIDOC2020 is a chance for us all to see, hear and learn more about the hundreds of nations that covered Australia, who managed the land to sustainably provide for their futures for thousands of years. The winner of this year's NAIDOC Week poster (as seen below) is Tyrown Waigana, a ...23 year old Perth based artist and designer. Tyrown recently described the concept behind his artwork: The Rainbow Serpent is represented by the snake and it forms the shape of Australia, which symbolises how it created our lands. The colour from the Rainbow Serpent is reflected on to the figure to display our connection to the Rainbow Serpent, thus our connection to country. The overlapping colours on the outside is the Dreamtime. The figure inside the shape of Australia is a representation of Indigenous Australians showing that this country - since the dawn of time - always was, and always will be Aboriginal land.
