13.01.2022 News from Facebook regarding changes to ‘Groups’: In the coming weeks, we’ll begin archiving groups that have been without an admin for some time. Moving forward, when a single remaining admin chooses to step down, they can invite members to become admins. If no invited members accept, we will suggest admin roles to members who may be interested. If no one accepts, we’ll archive the group. One of our favourite things from the new IOS14 is the home screen widgets you can add so your calendar (or weather etc - whatever is important to you) and it’s visible any time you grab your phone. You can even download customizable apps to make everything look ‘designed’. 05.01.2022 I guess it's a bit of a eye-opener when you haven't had time off in so long you can't actually remember how to turn your ‘out of office’ on and have to Google it. It's been an interesting year hasn't it.... so many of the business owners we've talked to are saying they've worked harder and more hours in 2020 than in any year they can remember. It's been one of those periods where we just had to step into 'get it done mode’ and as business owners + managers than can... mean putting everything and everyone else first. As we approach the last few months of the 2020 it's so so so important to make sure you give yourself some recovery time. It doesn't have to mean a whole week off... if that's not doable can you take a day off? A true day off where you do absolutely nada... whatever it is that makes you feel rested. It might be spending the day out in nature bushwalking, maybe it's tucking yourself away in a quiet cafe ordering endless cups of coffee and an amazing lunch, maybe it's just being at home with your dog and an epic book.
