17.01.2022 Most of us can identify with this story... for a very long time I created a reality based on what my parents expected of me.. next it was my social group... then society as a whole ‘Moulded to fit the ‘Norm’... but each version created to match a vision of me that wasn’t my own always left me feeling always ‘almost there’... Always comparing myself to my perceived competition .. be it with my siblings workmates or even in relationships .. always uneasy always on edge... .. so I decided to take my own path and with each step I feel whole.. not complete but full of unlimited potential... what motivates me? Watching, guiding, mirroring and being a part of another so many individual journeys of self discovery .. helping even 1 person find happiness in simplicity In the realisation .. that in the end all that matters is your vision for yourself and being your version of yourself Love and light from TMM

I have chosen to work on myself from the inside out by quieting my mind through training and surrounding myself with the right kind of people.. the ones that lift me up and allow me to return the favour the results speak for themselves .. happy friYAY

01.01.2022 3 yr progress 1st year goal was muscle growth middle picture shows all around roundness.. year 3 X-SHape focus bring back the feminine .. pretty sure I did this ( third picture ) 2021 vision .. make that x-shape POP big shoulders thick thighs huge glutes tight as eff waist ... 1st 2 plans low carb prep last pic high carbs +carb cycling 2021??? Point of this success/ improvement doesn’t happen overnight.. but no one shows the failures , discipline and sacrifices made along the way .. these pictures do not sure my struggles with sticking to a set meal plan or the lack of motivation I had to overcome through establishing routines or the hours away from family and friends or how I work through feeling like a loser every time I effed up .. what do I do it?? I find the discipline and control experienced during prep helps be balance out every day like .. raising a teenager .. running a business and balancing friendships all take time planning and dedication as each one is very important re my happiness See more
