The images of his artworks are amazing to work with. His paintings are spectacular and our mission was to give them an online space that enhanced the story. Shannon approached us to do a full redesign and incorporate elements to better exhibit his artworks, awards and media coverage. In addition, an online store for limited edit...ion prints was to be a featured of the website. The website was launched in two stages, with the second stage, the online store, launched recently. Augmented reality provides a tool for us to explore different concepts and it will be interesting to see what AR filters are created in the future to keep users captivated.

Thanking someone isn’t only for when it’s positive either, it’s just as important when it’s a challenging interaction. While it’s easy to say thanks when all is going well, say for example, when you get a glowing review from a happy customer what happens when you have a customer who isn’t so happy, and they share that with you? ... This is definitely the time to say thank you! It’s your opportunity to turn that negative experience for a customer into a positive one. The very fact they reached out is a positive.
