22.01.2022 CONGRATULATIONS @penrithpollets and @pollets_parramatta students on stepping up to the challenge and tackling your Muay Thai grading last night at the Penrith Dojo. Everyone withstood the test of courage to achieve their next rank. Hanshi was extremely impressed with the crisp basics on display and the heart by each and every student. ... We can’t wait to see you all back in the dojo in your new colours!

If you are symptom free and attend school or work, we encourage you to still attend your martial arts training. There are many physical benefits of maintaining your exercise regime including slowing the release of stress hormones that lead to lower immunity.
