17.01.2022 Kids Muay Thai class last night . Makes me so happy looking at this and seeing their progression just in the last few weeks of starting Muay Thai as a whole. 95% of these kids train Karate and have now added Muay Thai into their training. Focus is there, basics are improving each session and they’re having fun whilst learning some valuable skills! Keep up the great work kids , so proud! ... ~ Sensei Jess

16.01.2022 Congratulations #teampollet on a great fight night held yesterday at Bonnyrigg Sports Club hosted by #teamjez. Thank you @steve.jez for once again having us on your show! First up we had @luke_r_ayoub who came away with a TKO victory via knees. I was up next going the distance and unfortunately lost on points.... Congratulations @__isabellat_ dominating her opponent to come away #andnew Masa 66kg NsW Champion! @iron_lion_zion44 was unlucky to suffer a cut above the eye in the opening round of the fight with the doctor making the decision to stop the fight. It was a long, hard, consistent grading that pushed you all to step up and tackle it... which you all did so well! Nothing makes me more happy then seeing your improvements each and every day! 11.01.2022 Dr Paul Berrill The saddest thing for a man is to say goodbye to a good friend and a great student. He was truly a true blackbelt in every way. It is a sad time for his wife Terry, his children and grandchildren. All the black belts who knew Paul so well on the floor and off the floor, only knew Paul as a gentleman and a true martial artist. For myself, I had many a great times with Paul, one time I remember very well and clear was the time we did a seminar with Professor ...Bradshaw, where we kept clowning around with the techniques that the Professor was teaching us, at the end the Professor said to us "are you boys finished playing", it was a moment I can remember with a lot of affectionate feeling. To say goodbye to such a good friend is heart breaking. He will be truly missed by all the Black Belts of Pollet’s and we will keep our friends light shining in our window.
