23.01.2022 OUR RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC Two weeks ago Polleys Coaches embarked on a proactive journey to ensure the safety of students, employees and the broader community due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We updated our Business Continuity Management Plan, implemented our updated Workplace Hygiene Practices and started a medically sourced Self-Assessment template to be completed by all our frontline staff, with a particular focus on our drivers. Furthermore, Polleys developed B...us Infection Control procedures for the cleaning of buses with a view to increase hygiene, safety and mitigate any contagion on the buses. On the 18th March 2020, the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) sent all Bus Operators a letter advising us that the extra cleaning of buses needed to be escalated up to a level of sanitisation of each bus after each run in order to control the spread of COVID19. At Polleys we revised and updated our cleaning regime to include sanitising measures, determined to increase the safety of drivers and passengers in accordance with the advice given by Queensland Health (https://www.qld.gov.au//covid-19-cleaning-and-disinfection). These additional sanitising processes include the wiping down of surfaces, windows and seats, with medical grade disinfectant as well as the spraying of air vents, air-conditioning screens and filters with the same medical grade disinfectant. As an additional precaution, social-distancing will be applied on buses wherever possible and is practicable. Polleys Coaches endeavours to be proactive with regards to fulfilling its obligation in maintaining the safety of all its passengers and staff to the best of its ability. We are being guided and directed by State and Federal government departments, as we do our part to slow the contagion and infection of the ever encroaching COVID19. Wishing all of our students and passengers a safe week.

22.01.2022 There's been a bit of excitement in the Polley's office over the past few days! Our Managing Director, Warren Polley, made his debut on the The Gympie Times annual Power 40 list at an honourable No. 30, while our CEO Justin Lippiatt swooped in to claim the No. 23 title! More than enough material to keep up the staff ribbing over the next week! Seriously, well done Warren and Justin!
